Since Saturday was spent all day outside at parks, having picnics, and eating ice cream, its no wonder that Isabelle wanted to do the exact same thing on Sunday. So we packed another picnic lunch and went to a different park in Grimes. It wasn't quite as big as the other but we had the whole place to ourselves the entire time and Isabelle loved it of course!
She loved riding the airplane!
And she really loved this firetruck. :)
Once again Isabelle was protesting in leaving the park to go home for nap time. We tried and tried and she would not leave. Hmmmm...what were we to do? Well, the Heavenly Delights ice cream store was literally across the street so we may have bribed her with some ice cream before her nap which she happily agreed to. This time it was Oreo, she ate it all and then went home and took a good nap before spending the rest of the day playing outside at home again. :)
We love these summer like days :)
