Is the 3rd Time Really a Charm?

With Isabelle's 3rd Easter coming up we knew a trip to visit the Easter Bunny would be upon us any day.  She has not liked the bunny so much in previous years but would a 3rd year be any different?  She was so excited after her nap to go see the Easter Bunny today and tell him what she wanted.  (Pumba, Pete from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and a Caterpillar Sprinkler with arms that move...saw that one at the store:) )

At the mall checking everything out first.  She was really excited about these little bunnies and really, really wanted to get through that gate and see them up close!

The visit to the Easter Bunny resulted in holding on very, very, very tight to mommy, saying "oh no" over and over and getting her coloring book and running far away!

Isabelle was much happier checking out the little bunny again and all the Easter decorations. :)

She found this in the toy store and had lots of fun riding it over and over and over again. :)

And she happily got a walking puppy balloon.

The trip ended in one thing that was a first for her, and us.  She went into the kids play area at the mall.  Kevin and I have avoided these like crazy for almost 2 1/2 years.  We are not a fan of the germs, and all the very old kids that run around knocking into little ones.  Isabelle saw this for the first time ever today and walked right inside without looking back.  She loved it.  Luckily for us, a Tuesday night doesn't bring too many visitors, but I still think I will try to avoid these in the future.  Although I am sure Isabelle will remember it being there. :)

I guess we have figured out that Isabelle loves talking, hearing, and reading about the Easter Bunny....but she does not have any interest in meeting him now despite what she may say. :)
