Happy Birthday Daddy!

Sunday was Kevin's birthday! Isabelle loves birthdays and was very happy to help me make him a cake, pick out ice cream, make cards, and tell him many many times throughout the day 'Happy Birthday'.  Avrey has excited to help open gifts, enjoy some ice cream (she did not want cake!) and give her daddy lots of hugs like always.:)

 

Kevin's family came over in the afternoon to enjoy some cake and some playtime!

Adventureland!!!

Saturday we headed over to Adventureland for the day!! My parents and my sisters family came too and it was a hot, fun day!!

 

We started off in the water park and Isabelle and Avrey loved it!! Avrey loved the splash areas and Isabelle loved the wave pool!!

 

Then after lunch it was on to the fun rides!!

And of course a nap!

 

We had a great day and it was a great way for us all to get together to celebrate Kevin's birthday, which was the next day! Isabelle was so happy that daddy had a "party" at Adventureland!! :)  What a fun day!

 

 

 

EggBurn Time Again!!

Sunday was my families annual family reunion known as "The Eggburn" on my dad's side.  I have been going to this since I was Isabelle's age, same park and all!  We have always made a weekend out of the reunion and this year was no exception. 

 

Saturday we headed over to the outlet mall for an afternoon of shopping with my sisters family, my parents, and my Aunt Barbie and Uncle Dave who drove all the way from our favorite state Florida!

We then headed over to our hotel for a pizza party from my parents favorite Leonardo's and some swimming and hot tub time!

At the Eggburn! Isabelle and Avrey loved playing in the park!

 

After the park it was over to my dad's cousin Sharon's house for lunch before heading home. Isabelle and Avrey both stayed awake on the drive home and crashed that night in bed!  We had a great little mini vacation weekend and look forward to next years EggBurn!
