Backyards, Playgrounds, and Gyms, Oh My!

Saturday afternoon was spent at my sisters house playing with cousins (and Aunt Amy and Uncle Andy, Grandma and Grandpa of course!)  Despite the chillier then normal weather the cousins wanted to play outside.  And that is just what they did!

We even went up to the school playground where Amy and Andy teach!  Isabelle loved it!

It was getting a little too cold out so they then got to play in the gym and get almost all the gym toys out!  Thanks to Uncle Andy for being the P.E. teacher there!

We then ate dinner at my sisters and once again, Isabelle did not want to leave.  "Play with Ava and Isaiah mommy please?"  Luckily we only live a short drive away and we are so thankful for how close Isabelle is to her cousins.  She loves them to pieces!

I Wanna Hold Your Hand.....

Today Isabelle and her friend Max went to a May Day party at a library nearby.  There were stories read, songs sang, games played, and lots and lots of may day basket making. :)  Isabelle made some to give out to her friends on May Day. :)  They are little wagons....and so adorable!  While walking into the party Isabelle and Max wanted to hold hands. :)  It was too cute for words so I had to get a picture. :)

Afterwards Tara and I took them out to eat at Pizza Hut buffet.  You can't beat a buffet where kids eat free! :)  Once again while walking into the parking lot they were holding hands all on their own. :)

What A Beautiful Day

Today was a gorgeous day out.  Sunny, no wind, and no clouds.  Isabelle decided she wanted to spend the entire day outside playing, so that is just what we did. 

After her library class today we came home, packed a picnic lunch, and headed off to the park for the rest of the morning.  She loved being the only one there and having it all to herself!

Isabelle decided she did not want to nap today (actually she usually only naps 4-5 times a week now), so we went to Target to get a new swimming pool.  The princess one she had last year broke, so I let her pick out whatever one she wanted.  The first one she wanted was $449....the second was over $300, so I showed her all the "kid" pools.  She had five laying out on the floor and decided on the elephant one! She was so excited to get her swimsuit on and test it out when we got back home!

Grandma came over for the afternoon to play!  Isabelle loved showing her the new pool!

She loved the pool so much she stayed in it until dinner time :)  And then ate outside in her swimsuit :)  We love these sunny, warm days!
