Day 6: Walt Disney World Vacation

Day 6: 06/05. The sixth day of our Disney World vacation we headed off to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Of course, we will always refer to it as MGM which it was formally known as until recent years.

Once again we patiently awaited the bus to take us there.

Isabelle, Ava, and Amy walking in. Isabelle loves to hold Ava's hand, and Ava is such a good big cousin to her and always helping!

Once again we had to apply sunscreen right away!

Walking down Hollywood Boulevard.

We first went to Disney Junior Live on Stage!  The kids loved it!  Here is Amy and I waiting in line. :)

Waiting for the show to begin! You get to sit on the floor and watch the show on the stage in front of you.  It is a show featuring The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Handy Manny, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, and Little Einsteins.

Isabelle collecting the gold coins on the floor that fell from the ceiling. Just like last year, she was the last to leave this show due to collecting all the coins!

We then headed over to The Great Movie Ride! Another MGM classic!

This is the actual horse Mary Poppins rode in the movie!

The ride takes you on a journey into some of the best most classic movies of all time.

Tigger and Eeyore were spotted after the show!

Before lunch Isabelle did a little shopping with me...one of our favorite things to do in Disney World!

We then ate lunch at Hollywood and Vine....this place is delicious! Another huge buffet with character dining, singing, and dancing.  Perfect for kids!  We came here in 2010 and couldn't wait to come back!

Meeting Handy Manny.

And Jake!

Ava and me.

Peek-a-boo Isabelle!

Somebody sure loves their daddy!

Next we met June....

And Oso....

We then went to the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show, I didn't get any pictures of that however.  After the show, Isabelle was a little grumpy to say the least.  I can laugh about it now, but at the moment seeing her running down the streets of MGM in her underwear, yelling, and refusing to put her clothes back on after going to the bathroom, is something we will never forget. :)  Needless to say she fell asleep in my arms shortly after, and Kevin and I then sat on a bench for about 90 minutes while she napped in my arms.  There is never a dull moment in life with a 2 year old. :)
After she awoke from her nap, she wanted to try on hats with Grandma. :)

We then walked to Pixar Studios and rode Toy Story Midway Mania.  The wait on this ride is always incredibly long, luckily we had fast passes from earlier in the day and got right on!

The kids then needed some play time and there is no better place to do this then the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set.

Grandma even had fun too!

This is a picture looking up at the grass.

Isabelle climbed through a gigantic spider web over and over and over again.

Mr. Fly.

She could not get enough of this place!

All that playing left us tired and hungry...so it was off to dinner at Sci Fi!

You sit in cars as if you are in an old drive up movie theater.  They play old sci-fi short clips on the movie screen in front of you.

Isabelle quickly figured out they have the best milkshakes!

Before heading home for the night, my sister and I used our fast passes and rode Rockin' Roller Coaster.  If you have never been on this before and are ever in Disney's Hollywood Studios...this is a must do!

Our little girl fell asleep on the bus ride home, and even stayed asleep as I put her pajamas on her.

Next up....the adventures from day 7!
