Football, Frogs, and A New Registry

Football season officially started today in our house as it was the Iowa Hawkeyes first game.  Kevin headed over to Iowa City for the game bright and early with his longtime friend Mike, who actually flew back from Arizona!

Isabelle and I stayed home and hung the Iowa flag outside to show our support! 

And speaking of things outside the house....this little guy has been hanging around the front porch.  I thought he was cute so I took a picture. :)  We also have a rather large toad that hangs out in front too.  Got to be careful where we step now!

While Kevin was at the game today, Isabelle and I went to Target and registered for her 1st Birthday!  Several people have been asking for suggestions on what to get her, so we decided to register for her!  It was so much fun and she loved looking at everything!  It is so simple too, you just go to Target and instead of a wedding or baby registry you create a Target List.  Type in Isabelle's name and there you have it!  Plus with her birthday being somewhat near Christmas we thought people could also use it for Christmas ideas.  Anyways, we had fun picking out toys for her.  At least Kevin and I will be shopping off our list! :)

After the registering, a long nap, and a late dinner, Isabelle was ready to play!
