This past weekend was the Van Slyke side of my family annual family reunion....or as it has been called for decades....The Egg Burn. The reunion was Sunday at the same old park in Cedar Rapids which meant we headed over on Saturday to the outlet mall along the way first! My sisters family and my parents came and we spent the afternoon shopping before heading to the hotel.
You are never to big for the little rides at the mall. :) Isabelle, Ava, and Isaiah rode these over and over!

Back at the hotel it was time for some swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub! Avrey tried out the pool but I think she thought it was too cold, so mommy and her watched from the side. :)
Avrey went to bed awesome as usual. She always just looks so relaxed and cozy!
There was a pizza party in my parents hotel room along with some toe nail painting by grandma. :)
Sunday morning was the reunion at the park. Of course Isabelle spent the majority of her time playing on the playground and with the water fountain. Avrey slept most of the time there too. :)
We had a great weekend and it was great to see family!
