As I mentioned before Tuesdays we go to the kids summer movies at the theaters for $1! Isabelle loves going to the movies and of course was excited to go again. This weeks feature film was Ice Age the Meltdown. Avrey slept through the first half then woke up and watched the rest. :)
Since the movie theater is at the mall, Isabelle usually winds up eating lunch there afterwards. :)
After a little shopping at the mall, Avrey had a doctor appointment. She had been running a little low grade fever for a few days but acting perfectly normal. With her being so young the doctors wanted to check her to make sure nothing else was going on. Of course when I brought her in she had no fever and checked out perfectly healthy! She weighed in at 13 pds 10 oz! It's hard to believe she is up 4 pds 9 oz since birth already!
Avrey showed the doctor her adorable smile and that she was just fine. :)
Isabelle likes going to Avrey's appointments since she leaves with a ton of stickers and cookies from the nurse!
In the evening Avrey enjoyed some more swinging in the backyard....she fell asleep after about 5 minutes and took a good nap in the swing while Isabelle was swimming.
Since our backyard faces west and gets so much sun I propped an umbrella up to block the sun while she napped. ;)
Isabelle sure does love to swim!
We are sharing our house with some new little babies this summer. This robin built her nest in the gutter of our roof. And now we have three little baby birds to watch. :)
