We started day 2 of our vacation out well rested and ready to go!
Isabelle was running to breakfast at the hotel! Luckily when we reserved our room they had a special where we got free breakfast at their restaurant Bistro 79 both mornings. It was delicious and filling! A big breakfast buffet!
It was then a quick walk back to the Mall of America!
While walking to Nickelodeon Universe, Isabelle spotted Mickey Mouse.
Here we are at Nickelodeon Universe. A big amusement park in the center of the mall!
She was very happy about all the Dora rides!

Then the Carousel with mommy!
The train ride with daddy again...she loved this and sat in the caboose!
She loved seeing Swipper from Dora everywhere so we bought her a little stuffed animal Swipper.
The Barnyard Hayride is a little kid "roller coaster". I went on this with her and it was much faster then you would think for a little kid ride!
Isabelle of course found the shop called none other then "Toys". She loves train sets and played with this forever! Luckily we have a train set on her birthday wish list at Target already!
After a morning of rides we went to lunch at the Rainforest Cafe. I love this place! Probably because it reminds me of the two that are at Disney World!
Isabelle loved it too!
She loved it until this green frog decided to make his rounds at the tables. Once she caught glimpse of him it was off to the gift shop at the restaurant far away from him!
Back to Nickelodeon Universe......
She was not a big fan of Sponge Bob. (Isabelle has a band around her ankle because she refused to wear her ride band on her wrist and they would not let her ride without it!) :) Funny since she wears bracelets all the time!
I took her to meet Dora and Diego. I thought she might like them since she knows who they are.
She liked Dora from a safe distance but not up close! We quickly made our exit!
After a busy morning it was nap time!
My friend Missy who I have known since about 5th grade lives near the twin cities. Missy, her husband Michael, and her 18 month old daughter Katelyn, met us out at the mall to catch up and eat dinner.
We met them at the Lego store. Perfect for the girls to play with!

We did a little more shopping before stopping for ice cream on our way back to the hotel. (The Rainforest elephant is on top of her stroller here)
Sound asleep after a fun and busy day!
