This post will be short and sweet (just like our little bundle of joy to-be!). I had my 10 week doctor appointment this morning and we are happy to report that everything is going well still. We heard the baby's heartbeat again, this time it was in the 130's, compared to 159 last time! All my lab tests have came back normal as well, which is a relief to know. Although my "due date" is April 9th, my doctor is going to do the c-section at 39 weeks, 1 week early, so it looks like we will have an April 2nd or April 3rd baby! We will find out exactly when later on, but he did say he will schedule it for 1 week before my due date!
Isabelle (and Kevin) went to the appointment this morning as well. I want to keep Isabelle as involved as possible in everything regarding her new sibling. From all doctor appointments, to helping get things ready, to shopping and picking out a crib for it. I want her to feel totally a part of the process and help her get a better understanding of everything! She did so good at the doctor with me and was happy to hear the heartbeat!
We go back for another ultrasound on October 1st, so we are looking forward to seeing our little baby again then!
