R is for Red

R is for Red.  That was the theme today in Isabelle's Toddler Time class at the Library.  They learned the letter R, talked about things that are red, and read a book about things that are red.  The craft was to glue red shapes on to a piece of paper labeled "R is for Red".  This was a perfect craft for Isabelle.  She is absolutely in love with stickers right now...we actually have her own sticker book started where she puts them down on the pages herself.  So for this craft today I put the glue stick on the shape and she put them all on the paper herself.  So much fun!  Here are some pictures of her back at home admiring her art work....which is proudly displayed on the fridge now :)

This picture is what our kitchen tends to look like when I am in there making her lunch or dinner.  Since all the cabinets have baby proof locks, Isabelle loves getting into the two drawers that do not.  They contain the kitchen towels and oven mits.  She loves opening these two drawers and taking everything out and placing it all over the kitchen. :)  This was before lunch today.

At least clean up only takes a couple seconds :)
