Disney On Ice!

This evening my parents took us and my sister's family to Disney on Ice! Let's just call it a little Disney fix for us in between trips!!! It was so generous of them to take us again (3 years in a row now!) and we loved our front row seats! You can't get much better then that!!!  Isabelle loved seeing all the Disney characters again, especially Lilo, Stitch, Tinkerbell, Mickey, and Minnie! Avrey was very interested in the action up close and all the lights! :)  We had a great time!

Thanksgiving!!

We hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving!! We have had a busy, family-filled past few days! 

Thursday we went to Cedar Rapids to Kevin's aunt and uncles house for Thanksgiving. We enjoyed spending the afternoon there with Kevin's parents, brother, his cousin and grandma as well. We were not the best with taking pictures but did get a few of our little girls :)

 

Who knew a mirror at the end of the hallway could be so fun! Avrey crawled up and down the hall over and over!

Friday we went up to Ames to my parents house for Thanksgiving! Again I was not so good at getting pictures of anyone other then the kids. :)

I am so thankful for our family and especially thankful for our two little girls who make everyday a day to be thankful for! Happy Thanksgiving!

Festival of Trees and Lights

Wednesday my mom, Isabelle, Avrey, and I went to the Festival of Trees and Lights.  Kevin was volunteering there for the day so we went to visit him and of course look at all the beautifully decorated Christmas Trees!!

We had a great time Wednesday and more importantly all the funds raised go to such a good cause with Blank Children's Hospital.  It was a great start to the Christmas season!
