Our Fun Little Vacation

We enjoyed a very fun three days on a little vacation this past weekend! Last week we decided to make the most of Kevin's three day weekend from work and go on a little family vacation to Minnesota. We went up to the Mall of America, shopped, did Nickelodeon Universe, the Sea Aquarium, swam, ate at Rainforest Cafe several times, and had a great time together as a family! Isabelle absolutely loves staying in hotels and going on vacations and was so excited when we told her we had decided to go. Avrey did awesome! She slept the entire way there and back, continued her amazing sleep in the hotel only waking up once each night to eat like normal, and was a perfect little baby the whole time we were out and about. She just has the most easy going personality! As usual I took tons of pictures so I am going to post them one day at a time. :)

Saturday we left as soon as Avrey woke up in the morning and we were at the hotel by 10:30am already! It gave us a full day up there! We checked in to the hotel first, Avrey ate, and Isabelle got out everything she had packed. :)

We then walked across the hotel parking lot and were at the mall. We stayed at the same Marriott we stayed at last time we went with Isabelle, we love how close it is!

Someone stocked up on Jibbitz! She already had the Lilo and Stitch ones...but had no trouble finding some more. :)

I think there were at least 5 different trips made the whole weekend to the Disney Store. And each time something was purchased. Isabelle kept calling it the "Disney World store". :)

Monday, Funday

Monday we spent the afternoon playing at Grandma and Grandpa's. It is so nice to have my parents retired (going on 2 years now!) and coupled with me staying at home with Isabelle and Avrey it means we can get together with them pretty much anytime! Isabelle loves it! Another added bonus was my Aunt Barbie was there to visit with! I love my time with her!

While little Avrey slept as usual. :) She is still the best sleeper! Takes great naps, goes to bed usually around 7:30-8:00, wakes up only once at night, and then sleeps till morning. She is such an easy going baby! We love her to pieces!

She woke up just in time to stretch a bit, eat, and then go to Hickory Park for dinner....where she slept the whole time. :)

Violet's Baptism

Sunday our littlest niece Violet was baptized. We were incredibly blessed to be there for her important day. After church we went back to my sisters for a lunch to celebrate her baptism. Here are few pictures from the day.
