Avrey's First Birthday Party!!!

Saturday we had Avrey's 1st Birthday Party at our house! We had 17 family members come along with the 4 of us.  It was one full house! Thank goodness it was a beautiful day and the cousins could all enjoy playing outside! Avrey had a Pooh Bear Birthday Party theme.  I decided on Pooh Bear along time ago since when we were in Disney World she LOVED meeting them.  She laughed so hard at Eeyore and smiled nonstop at Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger.  :)

We had a wonderful day celebrating our little sweetie with our family.  It is still so hard to believe we are now into her second year! We love you so much Avrey Ann. You will always and forever be my little baby. Happy Birthday!

Avrey is ONE!!!!!

Thursday our little Avrey Ann turned the big ONE! I can't believe an entire year has gone by since she was born at 7:28am on April 3rd.  She is just the sweetest, happiest, smiliest little girl ever and has blessed our lives beyond measure. Avrey is walking (sometimes running!) all over the house now! It is so cute to see!! She now has 7 teeth, still eats great, but will not touch milk, even with added chocolate in it. So we will keep trying, but in the meantime she eats lots and lots of cheese! She still takes two naps a day ranging from 1-2 hours and goes to bed around 7:30 at night.

 

Thursday Avrey enjoyed a fun day at home with the 4 of us, Kevin took the day off work, so we had a great day as a family celebrating our sweetie.

Gift opening time! She loved all her books, toys, swimsuit and cover up, and we know she will LOVE her Pottery Barn chair when it arrives! I ordered it almost a month ago and it got put on back order. :(  So hopefully one of these days it will show up with her name on the back of it, just like Isabelles!

I made Avrey a cake for her birthday, it was her first taste of any sweet! She ended up loving it, but was not a fan of the ice cream!
